This backing track has an energetic jazz-rock fusion feel; organ, electric bass and drums. You can practice your chord playing, solo over the track, or jam along on bass or drums.

Chord i from the key of Bb minor: Bbm7, Bbm6.
Chord V from the key of Bb minor: F7, F9, F7#9, F7#5#9.
If you want to simplify the chords, just play Bbm and F7.

The Bbm6 chord Bb, Db, F, G) suggests the the Bb dorian mode: Bb,
C, Db, Eb, F, G, Ab.
The C dorian mode also works over Bbm7 (Bb, Db, F, Ab), so you can play C dorian for the whole Cm section.
The F7 chord (F, A, C, Eb) suggests the Bb harmonic minor scale: Bb, C, Db, Eb, F, Gb, A.
The F9 chord (F, A, C, Eb, G) suggests the Bb melodic minor scale: Bb, C, Db, Eb, F, G, A.
The F7#9 chord (F, A, C, Eb, G#) contains both A and Ab, so the Bb dorian mode or Bb harmonic minor scale should work.
The F7#5#9 chord (F, A, C#, Eb, G#) contains both A and Ab, so the Bb dorian mode or Bb harmonic minor scale should work. You could also use the F whole tone scale: F, G, A, B, C#, D#.

A simpler approach would be to use the Bb dorian mode over the whole Bbm section, and the Bb harmonic minor scale over the whole F7 section.

You can also use arpeggios of course, and pentatonic and blues scales!
